Babya Software - iPhone=bPhone?

Looks like Apple's lawyers are at it again-targeting someone who offered a Windows Mobile today screen that looked like Apple's iPhone. 


Although, I'd wonder if they would ask me to remove a image of a Babya application that looks like the iPhone-such as this one:


It has the Babya light-gray  color scheme-and the Babya logo.  

Perhaps someone from O'Melveny & Myers LLP would like to leave comment  in this LJ  about this interface example. 

Update-TUAW reports that a iPhone skin has appeared for Palm OS devices. I bet Apple will be quick and ask whoever created it to remove it. 

Update 2-now a theme has appeared for the Motorola RAZR-I'm also sure Apple will ask the creator to remove it.
